SENDING PHOTOGRAPHY, ORDERING ONLINE, ORDER BY MAIL, AND REFUNDS

1. "SENDING PHOTOGRAPHY"

   Custom orders will require that you supply the best possible photography for we will not do extensive photography touch-up.

   
   

   Online orders must complete the payment process and send digital photo at time of order.

   • Any photography received without electronic payment will be destroyed.

      

   • You will see the image upload form after you have successfully paid for the medium.  It will be highlighted in "yellow" on the order confirmation page.

      

   • Please scan pictures utilizing the highest resolution that you can send over the internet.

      

   • Photo resolution should be above 100 dpi.

      

   • Follow the directions on the image upload form.

    

2. "ORDERING ONLINE"

    

   When ordering online the "Secure Shopping Cart" will require that you pay online via a credit card and send your digital photography to finalize the order.

   
   
   • Send only "jpeg, jpg, tif, tiff, or pdf" image formats. Any other format will not be accepted.
   
   
   • There are three (3) simple sections that must be completed before the online order process can be finalized.
   
   
   Step I: Select the item of interest, and any options"Add to Cart", "View Cart" and make  changes.
   
   Step II: If your finished shopping, "Check Out". Complete all billing and shipping information.
   
   Step III: After you have paid for the product you are required to upload your image.  The final screen will allow you to search for the file on your computer and upload. Press the "Send Button" on the upload form and you are now finished.

    

3. No charge to your account will occur until your order is ready to be shipped.
4. A proof  will be sent via e-mail for your approval in the form of a "pdf" file.
5. You must sign and scan the document prior returning via email or fax to the number on the "Proof" before production can be completed.
6. Custom portrait orders shipped in 7 - 12 days.
   
7. There will be no charge on any order untile the product is ready to ship.
   
   
8. "ORDER BY MAIL"

    

   If ordering via mailorder complete all required order information, and place the desired photograph, template, and payment in the return envelope.

    
   • Please use the "Mailorder" form if you would like to expedite your order. We encourage those who are not comfortable using an online shopping cart to mail in their orders.

   • The document is a "pdf" form. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. Click here if you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it from the Adobe website.

    

   • Follow the instructions and complete the pertinent information on the form by referring to our site for current product description and pricing information.

    

   • Custom orders will require that you supply the best possible photography without the need of extensive photography touch-up. Extensive touch-up on any photography will incur additional fees.
   
   
   • Mail via "United States Postal Service, Priority Mail" your desired photograph, order form, and payment to the address on the order invoice.
   
   
   • When we receive your mail order a representative will contact you via e-mail to verify reception of your order information, and that representative will remain your point-of-contact if we have any questions.
   
   
   • A proof for all orders will be sent via e-mail for your approval in the form of a "pdf" file. You must sign and scan the document and then return via email or fax to the number on the "Proof" before production begins.

    

   • Once the product is ready for delivery you will be notified via e-mail.

    

   
   
   
9. REFUNDS
   

    

   ** Remember Me Memorials does not offer refunds on any customized photographic item.  Customized photographic orders are final once the signed proof has been received by our service.**
   
   Full refunds are available for non-customized items/products. 

   • You must call to receive a "RMA#", Return Manufactures Authorization Number

   • These items must be returned in undamage condition, and in the original packaging.

   • These items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
